Coming into Costa in Whitstable was an absolute treat. We don't venture out very often but we decided that we would visit. The manager, I think her name was Adele, she is an absolute asset to the company. With care, a cheery disposition and a truly warm welcome, she is the definition of professionalism and warmth. Staff are always super friendly! Adele, Lucas, April and Tom are so welcoming and accommodating, they know my order and always go the extra mile. My favourite place to go and have a coffee in Whitstable.

Came in here as little to no vegan options available elsewhere. The staff went above and beyond and made sure that i was catered for. They even asked me if i wanted the drink mixer to go through the dishwasher which i declined to as it wasn’t necessary, however the thought was amazing as i haven’t ever had this elsewhere! Aside from this they were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would come again however we live further up the country
