Came here on a whim after walking past and being absolutely starving! And let me tell you the sausage roll was THE BEST sausage roll I've ever tasted. I didn't think anywhere could ever possibly beat Greggs but I think I may dream about that sausage roll for a while. I also got the homemade tomato and chorizo soup which was divine and again, will be dreaming about for a while. Even the buttered teacake was yummy! Cheese& bacon pies here are a big favourite and queues can be big, but worth it. Slightly expensive if you decide you want a bit of everything but to be fair it’s a really nice bakery.

Great sandwiches well made and substantial, nice pies and specials , a real local bakery where everything is made fresh and pies are cooked in ovens.No disrespect to the many sandwich shops up and down the country with thier packaged foods and microwaves. But I prefer the old fashioned
