Good tasty chips, had them with the gravy. Gravy was nice but too salty for my liking (though I admit I don't like much salt, so I can't blame them on that, I assume it's just my taste). Great serving sizes! Very fast.My family and I have been coming here for years, especially when my grandad lived nearby. Never a problem for us.
We've gone to York Street Chippy for years. Everything is good. The fish has to be the best in the area. Tonight we tried the Chinese set menu for 2. It was enough for 3. After ordering online, I only had to wait 2 minutes at the chippy for my order.. It was good to look at, (always a good thing) and very good to eat. York Street Chippy is well worth a visit and it's easy to park outside (no yellow lines)Kevin Savage (Accrington)

Had fish and chips for 3 people, portion sizes were huge, we all enjoyed it very much. Batter was a little thick for me but perfect for my mum and dad. Mushy peas, gravy and curry sauce great too. Also really cheap! £20 fed 3 of us!
