Love visiting The Gasket in the sunshine! Could so easily go unnoticed, but is a little gem in Appley Bridge ? One of the owners makes the bakes and cakes herself and they are honestly some of the best treats I’ve ever eaten. Both the owners are always lovely to chat to whilst you’re waiting. Lovely staff, nice spot and plenty of parking. Inside is small but nice. Good selection of baked goods and drinks. Cool design very biker focused with old motorcycle/car mags to read if you get bored
