From start to finish it's was nice and warm all the staff are really friendly Owen and Tony were brilliant, good service from the bar and the carving area . Booked for a table of 8 today + kids & prams. They were very accommodating and we were well looked after, the manager (I think called Owen?!) was wonderful! I don’t normally write reviews but I myself have worked in hospitality management for the past 15+ years I simply had to to praise him! He couldn’t do enough and his customer service is exceptional. The staff are friendly, but the portions of meat, where there is a choice of 3, Turkey, Gamon and Beef, is less than it used to be, and on the day we were there, it was really cold in the room. Another effect of the cost of living, I suspect.
