It's a disgrace making people pay for dips on the already overpriced food, I paid £20 and asked for 1 ketchup dip and got asked for payment after telling them I don't have any loose change they said its policy and that I'll need to go back to the queue and order (1 ketchup). But don't worry if you dine inside you have a unlimited amount that you can waste and leave all the rubbish for workers to clean but yet no people on drive through who are gone in seconds get the extra charge....read full review

Ordered the food. Didn't get what we had ordered and just got phobbed off by some guy on the phone instead of having a replacement item sent. Gave this place to many chances. Hope it closes

Reluctant to order from here anyway, it's the last mcdonald's we turn to when the one in town centre closes. Our food arrives either cold or food missing. Baffles me that when we do fancy a Mcdonalds therse never ever a time the Mcflurry or milkshakes are available from here?.. what do you guys do?! Could swear yous break the machines on purpose. We pay for dips and they don't put them in either never known such incompetence.
