Ordered a Ferrero Rocher sundae and a Lotus Biscoff sundae at 20:21. They didn't arrive until 22:10! Don't understand why it takes so long for 2 sundaes!! I've ordered from Dotties numerous times and always been happy with my order. Not this time. Too long to arrive and the Lotus Biscoff sundae was lacking much flavouring.After looking at the reviews I didn't see the point in phoning up to complain as I assumed I'd be met with a poor attitude and lazy customer service. In town for a couple days with family and had a proper craving for something sweet tonight (13th September 2023) Ordered a piece of fudge cake the Rocher sundae and a piece of biscoff cheese cake. Order delivered very promptly to the hotel driver even called to let me know he had arrived really well mannered, And the food is absolutely incredible Dottie’s will be my go to next holiday

Very Very Good. Huge, so it's worth what they charge. You could definitely split the waffle between two people and they are so filling and tasty, better than alot of other places I've tried. The milkshakes are good as well. What you'd expect from these type of dessert places. Delivery was fine, came in good time. Definitely will use again. Would recommend. Ordered on a Friday.
