From the moment you walk in the staff are pleasant and attentive. The menus are always good but this latest menu was outstanding. I had a salmon mousse to start. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The next course was potato soup and anyone thinking this was a little bland I have to tell you it was really tasty. Delicious food served beautifully. The views from the windows are great; you can see most of Blackpool North and the sea. The restaurant decor is fresh and simple. The prices are very reasonable for such excellent food and service.

Food excellent. Students nervous but friendly. My only criticism is they always take the order for the whole table's starters & then mains rather than each person's starter then main as you would normally order in a restaurant.As an ex catering student I always enjoy my visits - especially as I'm not doing silver service!!
