First time my partner and I visited the restaurant we got the wrong order and was made to feel guilty for pointing this out. Went to this Nando’s restaurant and we love a Nando’s but I have to say how fabulous your front of house Toni is ?? she’s professional, friendly, chatty, great with everyone and makes you feel welcome and like you are a regular there! This is the best customer service that we have received in a long long time If we got this service everywhere the world would be a better place. Thankyou very much Toni. Also the food was great as per usual xx
