As a group of 8 we went in tonight to grab something to eat, everyone was tucking in my son who was at the other table waved me over, he found a big black hair in his dinner, my son has short hair.... This fish shop in Blackpool I will never go in again, its terrible. The fish wouldn't fill a 2yr old the size of the fish is disgusting. I brought the matter to the manageress who is the owners daughter and she had literally no Customer service skills what so ever and would rather argue with you. AVOID

Staff are racist I asked the owner if she would kindly smoke somewhere else as I was asthmatic which she refused stating that she was the owner. The chips were way to salty and to top it off her son urinated down the side of the dining area. Definitely stick to Mr Chippy who's 5 star rated and only 2 minutes down the road p.s this shop is now called Shelly's Shack.
