May aswell change your opening hours to 20minutes earlier as refused service at 19:40 when close is 8pm. Wasn’t the only customer turned down.Foods good as cooked in beef dripping but portions are tight and staff are always miserable.
Service was what do you want, a nice welcome would have been better, no interaction. We purchased 2 x Large Fish and chips, 1 sausage and cheese chips plus a chicken pie and chips. Both fish and chips swam in fat. The chicken pie top could not be cut into and the bottom of the pie almost raw pastry. The rest was OK. A simple chat would have been nice and a check on the food before packing would have been better. I will not be returning.
