Our first visit here since the refurbishment and our initial concern at the high-tech ordering process was totally unfounded. Very impressed that the system worked efficiently and food arrived very quickly.The staff were friendly and could not do enough for us, the food was of good quality and of a reasonable price.We were so impressed that we have decided to change our shopping habits and visit here fortnightly to take advantage of your new cafe.Well done, excellent changes &...read full review
Visited the new cafe. Faced with DIY machine order points. Machines don't take club card points if you have a combined clubcard and credit card, so lost out on doubke points. Sat at wobbly table with coffee going over table. Has a McDonald's look and feel. Staff confused as wrong order brought to our table twice. Food on its way - can't wait.
