Good points - owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. It's very close to the pleasure beach and the sandcastle waterpark. Nice view from the room I was in. Bad points - I stayed in room 2 with my children and my friend stayed in room 16 with her children. The rooms and toilet facilities are dirty and the bedding had not been changed prior to visiting. The hotel is tired and in need of a face lift, the room was a good size, however the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Good points, there is parking right in front of the hotel, and its a good location. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The staff were nice but the hotel was not clean. Bathroom had mold, bed smelt and it wasn't just the bedding smell was in pillows an mattress. Hotel in desperate need of a deep clean. Shame as the gentleman that dealt with us was lovely.
