I had a wonderful meal at the Far Pavillion a few years back and this evening decided to order a takeaway online and have it delivered. Sadly it did not compare. Probably the worst takeaway Indian food I have tasted in a long time. Maybe takeaway is not the Far Pavillion's best option.

I got a lamb tikka balti with garlic naan, 3 poppadoms, and mango chutney. The balti was tasty, but it was very oily, and some of the lamb was grisly. The garlic naan was OK, but a little under cooked. Poppadoms were great, as was the chutney. Better than the sultan, but not as good as cafe masala. 3 out of 5 from me.
