We visited here on a Tuesday with the plan of enjoying the 3 courses for £23 offer. All good tasted great and was well presented. The decor was very floral but not garish. We booked a table earlier in the day on their website and had no problems with this. They seated us very quickly. A great evening out with family. Rosa offers a great selection of Mediterranean dishes from arancini to gnocchi. The service was fantastic with very attentive staff and beautiful decor in the restaurant itself. I’ll be sure to come back the next time I’m in Barrowford and I’d recommend that you do too!

Superb Monday afternoon lunch. Food was great and well presented. The staff were great, very polite and nothing was any trouble. We took the 3 small plate & shared a calzone which was more than enough. The 3 plates were Parma Ham with Mozzarella / Brie / Calamari. The calzone was stuffed with mozzarella, spicy salami, mushrooms and ham and served with a warm tomato sauce, with a side salad.Parking: Parking located behind the restaurant
