Staff friendly and attentive. Pity chef did not read order correctly!Granted it was a small steak, granted it was served on a very hot sizzling platter BUT I requested 'medium rare' NOT 'well done'! (I was given a free desert as compensation)
Visited the Prairie with my husband, really enjoyed our visit, the Prairie is very well presented, very clean, very well laid out very spacious, lovely decor, looking lovely with Xmas decor, the staff were very friendly. We had the classic mix grill thoroughly enjoyed it, was very good, good portion, would visit again.
