Tried booking on line no response, took a chance & we drove from Birmingham to Manchester & booked into The Midland Hotel. The Bistro was recommended by friends. My wife tried phoning from Manchester, automated response. I tried phoning an hour later 'NO ANSWER' automated response. "we will call you back" was the recorded message.
