My mum and I took my niece and nephews there for a bite to eat.My nephew is 5 and needed occupying. There weren't any crayons for him to colour his activity sheet. I went to the bar and asked and the staff there had an "I can't be bothered attitude." He just said we don't have any. As I was walking towards the stairs another child came up to me and said she knew where the crayons were, she then took me to them and said we found them hidden on a chair behind the table.
Visited for coffee late afternoon & evening / night time for 2, 3 pints of bitter or lager, never eaten there. Bar staff young, polite, friendly, helpful. Commercial DJ Saturday nights regularly. Quite good prices. Managed well including security staff who make their presence known without intimidation or arrogance; they are polite,m friendly & capable. Good night out in a modern pub setting.

The restaurant was reasonably busy with a good atmosphere. One of our party used a wheelchair and there were no significant issues with that. The lift to the second floor worked well for the wheelchair and all staff were friendly. The fish and chips was excellent and the fish was fresh fried. Well done to every one concerned and we will be back.
