This cafe is located on a mezzanine, which can be accessed via stairs or a wheelchair lift. Only had a cappuccino on this visit but would consider a cake off their selection next time. Good for lunch or a morning or afternoon break whilst shopping inshore.

Moscow Mills, Colliers St, Oswaldtwistle, AccringtonWent to the Pavillion today for a treat had the afternoon tea for 2 and it was delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed it lovely fresh sandwiches with homemade cakes so fresh. With tea/coffee with a refill too. Extremely good value one of the best afternoon teas we have ever had will definitely be returning for another afternoon tea treat ?????
