Food can be brilliant one day and dry the next, ordered last night, got home and they had forgot to put the rice in! So not brilliant all the time but when they get it right it's amazing.
My wife died some 11 years ago, and we often went there, after a decent pint in the Royal Oak, to collect a meal we had ordered before entering the pub. Tonight we could not go into the pub thanks {Ta in Lanky} to Covid. We ordered, went back, after 30 mins, and as in the past we had to wait a few minutes! Different time zone? However, the price was not mega, and the scoff was amazingly excellent! I just wished that I had tried my old favourite, the salt and pepper spare ribs!...read full review

Recently moved to Evergreen from my go to Chinese after a couple of bad experiences and have been really impressed by the quality of food, value and service. Had five take outs on the bounce now and consistency of quality is good too.
