What a great discovery! We've walked past this lovely coffee shop several times before and not seen it, we we're too focused on going to particular shops and then coffee at a national coffee shop nearby. On this visit, Influenced by by wanting to avoid the national chain, we're glad we found this. It was quiet, accessible, good drinks and staff very helpful. Gluten and dairy intolerance catered for. Popped in for a light lunch. We were wowed from start to finish!! The pea and ham soup was undoubtedly the best I have eaten-piping hot, tasty and served in copious quantity. The homemade sausage rolls were similarly superb-really , really tasty. Service throughout was excellent. We look forward to returning to this gem. Well done to all.

We sat outside in the back with a nice Scandinavian backdrop feel. I ordered a vegan sandwich which came with a side serving of crisps then a scone with jam and clotted cream and an espresso whereas the person I was dining with had the pulled pork. Super, truly wonderful and we weren’t expecting it at all!
