A great stop off if travelling further North.Location is a on an industrial estate so nothing for kids to do. The car park was very littered and messy.The Brewers Fayre next door is pretty basic with breakfast.I reckon ok if adults only but a bit meh for kids as no outdoor play space.
Location and hotel greatReceptionist unfriendly. We arrived at Reception. The receptionist did not acknowledge our presence. She did not even look at us. When she deigned to look up all we got was,"name" Just rude.

Room had appropriate equipment for Hot and cold weather (A Fan & Heater)Food was really nice and Fair priced.Very Helpful and happy staff.Quite cheap for a good standard HotelVery close to a Beach so if you want to go chill by the beach while having best of the best breakfast, THIS IS FOR YOU!
