Have been here five times now over two years, the food is spot on. Menu has been different every time with something for all tastes. Freshly cooked veg and perfect pastry on the pies. Will definitely be going backParking: Small car park close to the entrance there is about 20' (6m) of cobbles to cross to the door which is a bit tricky for walking sticks but not too bad
Excellent, this is what I call a pub. The cask ale is A1, not a lot of choice but what there is, is excellent, plus £6.60 for 2 pints of top quality beer when a pub around the corner is charging £8.80 for 2 pints of undrinkable. We will be back

We were just driving through Croston and decided to stop at this pub, and we are glad that we did.Staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. Felt like a traditional country pub.
