Very friendly bar staff. This is probably a locals pub but we called in whilst waiting for our pizza order next door and were very pleasantly surprised at the friendly welcome and the comfortable surroundings. The pub clearly caters for a gap in the market providing a DJ and dance floor, Friday and Saturday so that everyone can enjoy weekend in a local establishment. Went for a Christening do for my Great Niece, we were in the function room upstairs. Nicely set up with plenty of things for the children to do. The food was nice too but there weren't enough seats and no real ale! We had to take our dog with us and we were disappointed there was no beer garden.

Went here on a night out, lovely little pub, first time I’ve ever been, great atmosphere and DJ and great prices for beer, the floors were very sticky but that’s understandable when everyone’s dancing and drinks lovely clean place
