Great venue and location. We were here for Latin & Ballroom dancing. Food excellent and staff really friendly and helpful. Very clean. Will return.Rooms: Good quality rooms. Warm and comfortableWalkability: Close proximity to Lytham St Anne's sea front and promenade. Lovely old pier.Food & drinks: For quality food eat at the hotel. Drinks priced very reasonably especially when heading up from the south.

Only went for lunch and afternoon cabaret. The food was lovely and we had a great afternoon. The staff were all brilliant and very helpful. My husband has dementia and uses a frame to walk, they could not have been more attentive. Would definitely recommend.
