Not the best Costa franchise I've visited! It was quite busy when we visited, but managed to get a table. Most of the usual Costa range is available.The staff seemed to be a little stressed, and to a degree, this meant we didn't get the warmest of greeting.Also they didn't serve one of the products that is advertised on the bus stop directly opposite. Like many national chain coffee shops this place is up and down. I've read the negative reviews of others and agree, at times, queuing time is too long and toilet facilities are sub standard. I have also enjoyed good service here and think low staff numbers is more of an issue than bad attitudes. Busy day in Lytham and found a free table in here. Ordered our frappes, two strawberry & one chocolate brownie, all made to order by the manager. Very tasty. Clean and fresh smelling toilets.
