Really lovely helpful staff and clean and tidy rooms, the location is a little out of the way but not a major issue, definitely one of the better Premier Inns I've stayed at, keep up the good work.
Used this hotel as a handy base to explore the surrounding area by car and bike. There are not many facilities within walking distance but it is also easy to get into Southport by bus. Loads of parking.Room very comfortable with good Aircon. Limited phone signal in the area, I had a room near reception and the free WiFi was fine apart from dropping out on one day out of five.All the staff in the hotel and the adjoining Beefeater are really friendly and seemed happy to be there....read full review

The only criticism is the free WiFi it's a bit rubbish you can pay for better WiFi £5 pound a nite but only required it for a small amount. There is no EE telephone signal in the hotel. Staff at hotel all very nice and helpful room clean and comfortable all
