Parbold Hill, Parbold, WiganMy wife and I visited Parbold for a date night meal after a long day, and I have to say the experience was absolutely fantastic. What truly made the evening special was our waitress, Rosie. She mentioned she’d only been there two weeks, but you would never have guessed it — her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm shone through from start to finish. Rosie’s polite manner, beautiful smile, and thoughtful attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, and she turned a great meal into a truly memorable night. If every waiter or waitress brought half as much passion to their role, dining out would always be a joy. Rosie, you’ve earned a well-deserved 6 stars from us!

3 Mill Ln, Parbold, WiganFirst time back in while. I know that hospitality has suffered over the last few years but sadly I don’t think our visit was value for money. Although the food/service was good I thought it was expensive for portion sizes and to charge 2.50 a scoop for ice cream says it all really.

We’ve just been for lunch and I’m genuinely blown away.
I’m not one to normally post but I had to drop a post on this meal. As much as I’d like to gatekeep this gem, it needs to be shared.
We just had the hanger steak on the lunch menu and Dan cooked this brilliantly. For a less known steak, the flavour and cook was phenomenal.
The veg was a compliment to the dish, and the chips to die for.
Lou served us and clearly showed passion for the food being prepared.
Honestly, 10/10, we’ll be back this week, next week and the week after.
