I was served by Alana who was bubbly, approachable, friendly and professional. She's a credit to the team. The cranberry sauce tastes like strawberry jam. Otherwise the food was alright.

This KFC is just like every other KFC, you order your meal from one of the three machines and then collect it from the counter when your number is called out, there is very little contact with other humans, the place has a very cold atmosphere as people eat their meals, there is no back ground music and no noise from people chatting. Maybe KFC plans it this way as to get you inside and then fed and out of the door and on your way.
