Seen a lot of reviews that had similar issues. Food was good, can tell they know what they're doing in the kitchen... Unforfunately the service was a bit poor. We ordered from their website and gave a phone number and email address but no updates were provided, it was late so I rang up and they said it'd be there in a few seconds, waited a further 10 minutes so called up again, didn't say where they were and seemed disinterested in responding. The food was 4/5 in terms of overall quality. But I don't recommend delivery... It was very late and service response lacked any care. Ordered via the website which we gave a phone number and email but got no updates at all on the food so just waited until it stated it'd be due. Had to call twice to get an update on where the driver was and it wasn't helpful "any second now" being a further 15 minutes. Driver didn't really seem to care either which was frustrating. Delicious. Ordered on Shapla website but rang later to say how much I had enjoyed my meal. It was delicious, the best Dansak I've had for a long time. Portion size is very good, was ready to collect within 15mins and was piping hot. We even received some freebies, much appreciated.
