I would say this is the most authentic sushi I have eaten in the UK. Sushi is make to order by the chef who stand behind the counter, so you can watch how she make sushi. Unagi in sushi are very fresh, and didn't taste like frozen seafood at all. The ramen soup base is mellow and the pork tastes great. If you want to taste real Japanese food, please come to this restaurant. I will definitely come back to this restaurant to try more food soon!

To my knowledge this was the first sushi place available recently locally, and I’m really hoping it doesn’t get overlooked with some new places popping up.The staff are so lovely and helpful, the food is made fresh to order, and it really is delicious. There are so many classic sushi to choose from as well as some really unique and delicious flavour combos. Honestly, it’s my favourite spot for some great quality food.
