Nice pub, clean and tidy.Staff were friendly as well.Ideally situated next to the railway station for a "last drink" before catching your train home.The downside being that it is a little "pricey" compared to other pubs in the area.
Always have enjoyed the pints and drink quality. Lines are well looked after for quality of pint in my opinion. The RnB singer who comes on a Saturday night is great as well. Not always on though

Haven't visited this pub for 20 years. I'm really impressed. It had a major refurbishment at some point, making the place look bright, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Good drinks at reasonable prices. Offers on during the week till 6 pm on selected drinks. We'll worth a visit, especially if you've got a wait for a train. 2 minutes walk from the entrance by platform 6 at Preston train station.
