Large pub on the outskirts of Bamber Bridge; accessed via the Walton Summit industrial estate and just across from a level crossing for trains.Inside, nice big area for dining with good range of tables. Bar in the round, with saloon bar to one side. Ancient gaming machine in the bar area.The beer was Amstel. As it was and as it should be.Food was first class; really lovely. Had a thoroughly enjoyable 75th birthday party at the Hospital inn, food was excellent, service by 2 beautiful ladies was superb & amazingly service came fairly quickly considering there were 3 large parties taking place at the same time.Weldone to ALL the staff who made our evening worth every penny.

First time visit to the Hospital inn !I chose the Chicken stroganoff and my friend had the fish and chips, We both enjoyed our meals and we will be returning soon. The staff " Barman and waitress "The waitress explained the menus to us as we were handed 3 . She explained they have a Monday to Thursday menu that's a little cheaper, So we went for that ! We thought portion size may be a little smaller but we were wrong it was the normal size.There is also a very good selection...read full review
