I discovered Gennars just over a year ago. Having previously wasted money on other takeaways in the area in search of decent Italian food I was delighted to have found an actual authentic Italian. I have worked in Italy for many months at a time over the last ten years and admittedly it’s made me a bit of pizza snob. I love Gennars, I don’t care how long it takes, good food takes time to prepare, you want fast food, go to a McDonald’s. I want good food and that’s what I get. The food is amazing and it’s the only place I go to for a decent Chargrilled burger. It’s a win every time for me and they’ve never changed their standards. Love them, don’t ever change.
