Today was the 4th time as a family we have been this year, it never fails to amaze me how simply delicious and fresh the meals are. Extremely busy today 20th December. But the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend to all our family and friends

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. We ate in the pub both nights of our stay and we weren’t disappointed, food is fantastic!Overall, I will certainly recommend the Taphouse and if we find ourselves in the area again I will definitely look at staying here.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable, everything you need.Food & drinks: Great choice on the menu, food is excellent

We have been here several times since we discovered how good this place is back in April. Our most recent trip was for Sunday lunch. Excellent!! As well as a menu, they have a served carvery. You ask for exactly what you would like from the selection of meat and veg, and it is served, and brought to your table. All very efficient.
