Just eating the fish and chips I got from here in my car as I'm a long long way from home.They are amazing. Massive portion of chips and a huge fish and this is just the standard portion.I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband went out to our local chip shop that showed on google as being open, it wasn't, so he googled nearest chip shop and Desford chip shop came up, i called them and he said very polite yes mam we are open all day till the evening at weekends, its so hard to find a chip shop open in the day, Anyway he came back with fish, chips peas, and a spring roll, thiught i would be able to eat due to such small portions at previous chip shops, he had a kebab, Pita bread was cooked...read full review

I've moved here recently from London.... Desford Fish bar does the absolutely best food... Fresh, hot & delicious!!Trust me I was spoilt for choice back South...Great friendly service at fair prices & generous portions...Erdi... cooks the Kebabs to perfection!!
