This pub has recently been fully refurbished and is now a really lovely venue to visit. There is a sheltered outside space, a great room with dart boards, plus the conservatory restaurant looks amazing. The bar area is now a really comfortable and cosy place to sit and enjoy a few drinks. Still dog friendly, too, in the bar area. Great Sunday lunch with excellent service. Highly recommend. Food is hot, tasty and good portions. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble to make our experience great.

We came here for a Sunday Roast (with our dog) and were very impressed by the food, the portion sizes were great and the food itself was delicious - we had the trio of meat option which was just under £20 each and was well worth it. It comes with a side of veg too. And being dog friendly is a huge plus for us too. Will definitely be back!
