We came as had heard good things about the food, it was super quiet in there so we got a table fast but the service and wait for the food was a long time. We both ordered burgers, and would say they where basic especially the beef burger, it was that big it was hard to eat making the meat pretty dry and for the price we left unimpressed. The service was sub par but the waitress still mentioned the option to tip but didn't even ask how the meal was. I would say it was overall lacking...read full review
My Husband and I went for Sunday roast in the evening. We found it a wonderful experience. The food was served very quickly on hot plates and the platter of roasted meats (beef, turkey and pork) and a selection of vegetables were amazing, hot and succulent. We shared a pudding tiramisu which was delicious.We will be back. Thank you

Always new where the Lancaster arms was but never visited. Popped in this evening on the off chance and so impressed great pub amazing gardens and the food was top class. Service was also excellent ? will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend a visit.
