Another amazing meal with our closest friends for a belated birthday treat. Despite our friends arriving a little late (M1 from London on Bank Holiday weekend! ) Sarah was delightful and took away our stress!Needless to say...our friends loved their 1st meal with you & promise to return . We were visiting my sister in Smeeton Westerby and were able to walk to this wonderful restaurant on a lovely summer’s evening. What a delight to be able to go to a local restaurant and have such tasty fare! The sea bass was especially good it’s freshness being undisputed, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the cheese soufflé which was delicious. All washed down with a bottle of Picpoul de Pinet, what’s not to love. Staff were charming and knowledgeable. Lucky people...read full review

This is one of our favourite places to go out for a meal, it continues to serve great food and offers particularly good value mid week set supper menus. Only 4 stars for atmosphere this last visit, as the restaurant was fairly quiet. The food and service however were excellent.
