Quite simply the best roast dinner I've had and this is now the standard setter for all other pub Sunday lunches. I had the 3 meat roast, and the plate arrived with generous proportions as the photo shows. All meats were individually cooked perfectly, if I wasn't full at the end I would have been happy to have another plate! Been using this pub for about a year now, after moving to the village 2 years ago. The owner Faye is just brilliant, always welcoming and has turned this place around in such a short time. Some great live band nights, and quiz once a month. But like all successful businesses, it wouldn't be anything without good staff, and I think Faye has the best staff around. Thursday evening, Steak nightWow, best steak I’ve had an a very long while. Beautifully cooked, ambience was great. Staff friendly and attentive. Excellent service. Good value for money. I would happily recommend it.
