Popped in for Sunday lunch, and it was great. Probably one of the best I've had out and about. The only grumble I have is it was very quiet and yet we were not offered another drink. Also cutlery wasn't replaced after starters, so I had to take them from another table.

We had our wedding last June, we hired out the top floor and had catering for 65 guests. We had the wedding at the Guildhall and wanted this amazing looking medieval house for the reception. This place is stunning and was perfect, we know from the first viewing this was for us. The decor is amazing with such a cosy atmosphere. Superb Christmas Day Dinner! Everything was just perfect. Seated on time, fabulous attentive service, wonderful scallops and warm bread. The supreme of chicken was succulent and flavoursome, the roast potatoes were crisp and utterly delicious. Christmas pudding and brandy sauce was a real treat, as were the complimentary truffles to take home. The perfect Christmas Day lunch, 10/10 Wygston’s House!
