Local to my Mother who thoroughly enjoys her meal. The takeaway is very clean and the food smells amazing. Always had fantastic friendly service. Recently tried the feta cheese, plain but the taste was delicious. Looking forward to my next meal .

Four of us came to the Copt Oak. We sat in the relaxed seating area. This was great for us. We got our drinks from the bar and when ready went up to the bar and ordered our food. Perfect! No rushing, just great so we could catch up before eating.
3 of us had the Award winning pie, which was fabulous and I had the trio roast, it was absolutely delicious. I ate all of it.
Really recommend the Copt Oak, we will definitely come again on a Sunday ??

Just visited The Bulls Head in Markfield with two of our dogs as part of our puppy training session. We were made to feel very welcome and Mr T and Mishka enjoyed having some lovely cuddles. The welcome and service were second to none. We will definitely be visiting again.

Well kept cask, friendly staff and people. Had a couple of the small plates and the chips were home made, not frozen nasties, really nice they were. The pub had a cosy atmosphere. There were dining tables but without it feeling like a restaurant. Games area as well with a pool table. If I lived in Markfield I would certainly make it my local.

So lucky to have a traditional fish and chip shop in Markfield village. My last visit included lovely freshly cooked chips and curry sauce. Previous time a pie and chips - all tasty - and service was courteous and cheerful.

Super tasty food! So fresh and great portion sizes. Loved my biryani! Really recommend. Gets busy so can sometimes take a while for the food to be ready - but always happy to wait as at least you know it’s being made fresh!

Friendly people with delicious reasonably priced food
I thoroughly recommend the crispy shredded chicken which I tend to have once a week and my fussy eating 8 year old son loves the chicken fried rice from here too

I had the pleasure of dining at Gregg's, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end.
