Had a meal booked here but they said it wasn’t booked in, we had booked in and they had confirmed it…I had a pie of the day with veg, mash and gravy. The veg and mash was nice, but the steak in the pie was very tough
We phoned to book a table for the carvery on Saturday eve. The guy who answered the phone told us that there was no need to book & just to turn up. He said that he'd look forward to seeing us the next day.When we arrived on Sunday for the carvery, the man that spoke to us as we explained why we didn't have a table booked was extremely rude & insisted that we should have really booked.
