Great Batemans pub. In the 2022 good beer guide. 3 well kept cask beers xb, jubilee and xxxb.Steve behind the bar very knowledgeable, approachable and also a nice local guy. Clean both inside and out (patio area decking). Pool and darts and friendly locals. Check it out, recommended.
Great friendly old fashioned well run proper pub, very welcoming, very well kept ales. Highly recommended. I’m in Boston for a couple of days each month visiting relatives. and this is my first choice pub every time.

Well what a fantastic place to have an enjoyable beer we were up from Bristol and treated as a local , great kept beer well stocked bar . The public house was spotlessly clean with a lovely decor of things from the past . If your anywhere near Boston it’s a must . Many thanks to all staff !! Cheers clive
