Couldn't have stayed in a better place,we had a lovely welcome from Steph.the hotel was very clean,would recommend the avenue to anyone who visits Grantham.Rooms: Comfy bed,linen were so soft,had a good night sleep..perfect.Walkability: Great location to town only 2min away
We always stay at the avenue whenever we are in Grantham. We've pretty much stayed in every room and each one has been spotlessly clean. The beds and bed linen are super comfy and Tracy and Martin are always accommodating. The full English is really well cooked too. It also has a lovely bar and is literally a 2 minute walk to the town. I would definitely recommend staying here. Glen and Leah Thomas
Confortable bed, fairly basic standard of furniture. Free parking at rear of the hotel. Rooms at the front have road noise and easy to hear people in the pub on street. Functional bathroom is pre-fab style and the pump makes a loud noise every couple of hours, which can wake you.Walkability: Just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants in the town centre.
