Great after care Customer Service. Had an issue with one of our pizzas but with just a phone call we were sent a new pizza and a brownie as an added extra. Never had an issue before and pleased with the service
Even if I accidentally entered the wrong address due to Deliveroo's terrible interface they still were kind enough to re-deliver it to me on the spot as I said I mentioned the wrong address.

Would like to say Thank you to the gentleman who dealt with our problem this evening. We had an issue with our pizza and they sent out a replacement quickly and apologised, the problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Thank You!
