“Was walking past when I saw the store so I popped in and ordered one off the cookies, the person serving me Michala I think her name was, was incredible. Excellent customer service and the cookie was amazing. Definitely coming back and she is an amazing asset to your team”

My problem was the toilet was filthy,not busy rush hour but no loo roll,not cleaned in a while and door lock broken showing red when nobody even in there
I'm sure it will hopefully be fixed soon”

“Everything you would expect from a Greg's. Nothing that wowed me but it did what it should, fill me up as a decent price. The only thing I would like to see would be more of a selection on sandwiches, an all day breakfast sandwich would be ace?”

“Usually this site is spotless and friendly enough, but today there were flies everywhere, even with the bug lamps, and some had infiltrated the bakery stands. The staff member making my drink left the room for a while citing an issue with the machine, but left my cup and the ingredients out, and due to this I was greeted later with a dying fly crawling out of my latte lid. I always loved this site, but today was a miss, unfortunately. Hoping to amend this in future if the bug management and prevention improves.”
