Just want to say thank you to the lovely Lesley at your grimsby Greggs today. My little girl spilt her hot choc and soaked her donut to which Lesley came over when she heard her crying. She was so lovely towards her and cleaned up at the same time, she then went onto replace her hot choc and donut and was so kind to her brother and cousins too. Thank you Lesley you really went above and beyond to a point where when we left the store my little girl said she was a really nice lady...read full review

Friendly staff and well presented.Food was cooked well ?, no faults at all.Clean store even though there are customers in & out all the time.There was a good selection of produce on display.

Amazing tea and coffee lovely lady service great prices for tea and coffee plenty of milk sugar but she forgot to give us a stirer. Lovely snacks and drinks although a little bit on expensive side but the service is quick effective and fast. Great customer service
