Local to me, literally 30 seconds - 1 minute away from where I live.Great atmosphere and people are friendly. Good pint and I believe reasonably priced although I didn't get a price before I paid but I would have guessed around the 10-11 pound mark.Didn't try any food.Only downside was, I was overlooked for 2 regulars who had come to the bar after me. Still when I did get served the staff were polite and friendly.Definatley a good local, just got to go in more often me thinks.Great...read full review

Thank goodness for Mike, Net & the team at the Empire!!!Really turned this place around, busy, fun, lots of different things on.Karaoke, Disco Bingo, Quiz night, Free pool day, live acts & not just any live acts, some really high quality acts.Look forward to going here now.Good luck Mike, Net & the team in the future, you're absolutely fantastic!!!!!

We visited the Empire 16/1/23 for a drink or two, on entering we were made very welcome by Shannon and Matt (The landlord and landlady) they asked us how we were, they provided a very excellent service. Decor 9/10 service 10/10 and price range 9/10 we will definitely recommend the Empire to our family and friends ? ?
