Accommodation was adequate if a little dated. Definitely not disabled friendly with steps to front door and upstairs apartment. Location was excellent right in the town. Plenty of antique shops and pubs.
Stayed here for 4 nights in September 2020, lovely guest house, very comfortable, great breakfast and Maria is a charming & lovely hostess. Very happy to recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Horncastle.

Very close to town centre. Suite 2 a little small for 4 people as only a 2 seater settee. Also not disabled friendly as stairs very steep. Maria is a lovely lady. We shall be booking again
